Start small. Grow with Cadence.
Every coach starts with Cadence for free.
Set up your practice, invite your clients and use Cadence with up to 5 Active Clients
for as long as you like.
There is no trial clock. You only need a paid plan when your practice grows beyond the
limits of Start.
We're currently preparing for beta. Request an invitation to take part.

What is an Active Client?
An Active Client is a client who has booked a session or ordered a
product through Cadence within the last 30 days.
You can have as many clients stored in Cadence as you need. Clients who haven't booked a session
or
ordered a product within the last 30 days don't count towards your plan limit.
For example, if you have 40 clients in Cadence and 18 of them have booked a session or ordered a
product within the last 30 days, you have 18 Active Clients.
We use a rolling 30-day period, so your Active Client count reflects recent
activity in your
practice rather than the size of your client list.
What happens if I go over my limit?
A busy few days shouldn't force you onto a larger plan.
If your Active Client count goes above your plan limit, nothing happens immediately.
Only if you remain above the limit for 15 consecutive days will we ask you to move
to a plan that fits your practice.
You'll then have 15 days to upgrade.
If your Active Client count falls back within your plan limit during that time, the upgrade
process
is cancelled automatically.
If you remain above the limit and don't upgrade, new session bookings and product orders
through
Cadence will be paused.
Everything else remains available.
You can upgrade to an appropriate plan at any time. Alternatively, as older activity falls
outside
the rolling 30-day period, your Active Client count may return within your current plan limit.
A plan that follows your practice
You don't need to remove clients just to stay within a plan.
Your Active Client count is based on the clients currently doing business with you through
Cadence.
When your practice grows, you can move up. When activity changes, inactive clients naturally
stop counting after 30 days.
